Let me design a training program specifically for YOU based on your unique profile. Together, we will identify your goals and create a plan with exercises that are just right for you.

I develop programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or no equipment at all.

So many of today's diet and fitness plans follow a general, one-size-fits-all approach, and use computer generated resources.

 

In my experience, we are more successful at reaching our goals when using a program that has been customised to our individual needs and circumstances.

Nutrition Plans

Following a good nutrition plan is essential to getting the results you desire. If you aren’t getting the results you want, nutrition will be your missing link.

My qualifications are different than most nutritionists and dieticians, while they are generally trained in all things nutrition, I have the same foundation with a specific focus on sport and exercise, fat loss and body composition. I also have a background in motivational psychology, which is a big help in supporting clients to make and stick to changes.

I offer personalised nutrition plans that take into account your unique needs and situation. We start simple with the smallest changes that will give us the biggest results. If you’ve been eating well for some time, and want to take your nutrition to the next level, I can help with that too.
