What we eat DOES matter.

There is no escaping the ultimate fact in this wellbeing game. Yes, WHAT and HOW MUCH we eat is important! NO fad diets, only healthy eating. Knowing the importance of a balanced diet is key to any fitness, wellbeing or weight loss goals.

If we understand what's going on in the body when we consume carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals, it's easier to make good choices. We can tell the difference between food facts and food myths. We know what to look for on food labels in the supermarket and what questions to ask of our suppliers. It's all about educating ourselves and talking to others on the same journey.
